Manufacturing techniques and styles
There are various techniques to go about developing custom game boxes. Such custom game boxes are designed differently than other game boxes. Custom game boxes need a lot of space in most cases as there is a board involved. However, other games such as cards or anything else will require less space, which means developing both the boxes will be different.
The two techniques used are either gluing or die-cut. Both have their own sets of advantages, such as in the case of glue, the box, and its contents will remain in place during transit. While in the case of the die-cut, you have more room to play around with how you want to style your product. Not only that, die-cut is space-effective and easier to fix.
Our selection of custom game boxes consists of the following:
- Tuck end boxes
- Five-panel hanger boxes
- Mailer box
- 2-piece boxes
- Seal end boxes
Tuck Boxes Have Further Categorization as:
- Straight tuck end
- Reverse tuck end
- Auto-lock tuck
These are some of the boxes that we, at H5 Packaging, develop. The best choice for a custom game box would be to go with five-panel hanger boxes for shopping malls and markets. For puzzles and card games, we would suggest you pick the seal end box.
Fascinating Imagery For kids:
There is a chance that the Packaging of the games is designed to appeal to kids. And most of your target audience is going to be kids. For this particular reason, we would like to offer you two styles of color printing that we use: CMYK, and the other is PMS. Both offer a variety of colors and can be used to design excellent custom game boxes. Our designers can use cartoons, your logo, and other syllables to make the custom box more appealing for the children. You will approve the box’s design before moving ahead with the production, and you can keep making as many changes as you like. As at H5 Packaging, our job is to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the result. One mock-up will be sent to you before we go into bulk production.
Add-ons on The Custom Game Boxes:
You can make different changes to the box and make it twice as appealing to the children. With the following add-ons:
- Window cut
- Embossing/Debossing
- Gold or silver foiling
- Inserts
You can add a window to the box that makes it twice as appealing, while to protect the contents inside, the window is covered with a PVC sheet. Secondly, if you don’t want your logo to be placed among the other graphics on the box, then you can use the silver or gold foiling and emboss or deboss your logo into that.
